I want to express my dissatisfaction with this medical facility I recently visited. I went there three times and each time I found them to be disorganized, unprofessional, and lacking in proper communication. Despite booking my appointment a month in advance, they waited until the day before my visit to inform me that I was missing some important documents. Even though I had provided them with my intake information, the person conducting my MRI was unaware of the nature of my visit. Furthermore, I was made to pay a copay that I shouldn’t have, and no one in the office seemed to care about my concerns. Overall, my experience was extremely negative, and I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I gave them 2 stars because they have snacks.

My husband and I were referred to Brandon MRI several years ago. We’ve had exemplary service from making an appointment to the technicians who do the various procedures we’ve gone for to checkout and answering questions. It’s a pleasure working with them.

Cannot Say Enough!♡!!!What started as a total disconnect from other parts of Insurance…This group Hit it Out Of The Park.Tammy and her staff are Amazing!The standard of professionalism, human care, kindness, thoroughness, knowledge is what you want from every office visit. The whole experience was, okay. The woman who took me back knew I had anxiety about the machine and didn’t try to comfort me at all. I had to ask for ear plugs and a towel for my eyes. She was acting like I was an inconvenience to her. It hurt my feelings because I’m not the type of person to ask for things or complain about anything. I was in the machine for about 20 minutes and the whole time no one said anything to me or checked to make sure I was okay (I’ve been to other MRI places and they cared a lot more about people who have these issues and occasionally check on us while in the machine). I cried almost the whole time (due to my anxiety, not because of the experience). If ever I need another MRI I will definitely be choosing another facility. If you work here and are reading this, just be kind. You never know what someone is going through.

Beautiful waiting room, but no wait time. Receptionist/front desk personnel was warm and friendly, very personable and professional. No waiting, radiology techs were a bit icy 🥶….BUT…. Loved the office though, it’s the cleanest and most beautiful medical office I have ever been… this was my second visit with years between. This is the ONLY radiology office I will ever go to.

These are the insurances we are currently accepting for your High Field MRI, CT Scan, X-Ray, Ultrasound, Mammography, and DEXA-Bone Density patients as of April 2020.
