I came here on February 18 2025 for a Transvaginal ultrasound. The place in general was nice and welcoming. The lady who did the ultrasound was very kind and comforting. She made sure I was comfortable and doing alright during the ultrasound.

I had to have an mri and would like to say that the mri tech Wes was the kindest person! He was so professional and patient with me. I even lost the key to the dressing room and he was just so nice and easy going about the whole thing. I felt really bad about that and hopefully the key was found. The staff greeting and checking me in and out for my appointment were friendly and cheerful, even at 7am. I had a great experience and highly recommend Brandon MRI

Such POOR practices they should not even earn a star at all. First, they FAILED to notify me ahead of my appointment that the doctor order was not sufficient even though they booked my appointment upon receiving it. I luckily called prior to my appointed time to confirm so I did not waste a trip to this subpar medical office. The woman on the phone claimed to have called me Friday (the appointment was Monday) yet there was no call in my phone’s history and no voice mail. She said she also called my doctor that Friday (sure you did) for authorization. Why they waited until the last minute is beyond my understanding. And why the order is insufficient and they need further “authorization” is beyond understanding as well. Why they never called me to inform me that my appointment was cancelled by them is also beyond understanding. MRI Associates is inept and entirely unprofessional. Now I’ll go elsewhere. I can’t imagine their radiology would be error free anyway since they lack any kind of quality whatsoever.
AVOID them is my advice. Let’s put them out of business since their employees do not want to work.

Beautiful waiting room, but no wait time. Receptionist/front desk personnel was warm and friendly, very personable and professional. No waiting, radiology techs were a bit icy 🥶….BUT…. Loved the office though, it’s the cleanest and most beautiful medical office I have ever been… this was my second visit with years between. This is the ONLY radiology office I will ever go to.
