Request Physician Access

To view, print, or burn your patient’s images or reports you will need access to our PACS Portal which is called “EXA”. You will be able to see all records of the patients you or your practice have referred to MRI Associates. EXA works on any platform or device including tablets, phones. Another great feature is that all patient’s diagnostic images and reports follow them within EXA, meaning that if a patient has been to MRI Associates for multiple exams they will all show up under the patient in EXA. This helps to do comparisons without having to track down the records from the hospital or other facilities.

Please remember that all providers that refer must be entered below to have their referred patients show up in EXA.

Effective immediately, all of our facilities are using the Clearpath platform to fulfill and process all legal requests. These requests include client records, reductions, all subpoenas, images and reports.
