Do not send PHI through unencrypted email or general contact forms. Use the patient portal or contact one of our facilities directly to share sensitive health information.

While we may verify insurance benefits as a courtesy, coverage is determined by your insurance carrier, and you remain responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance. Please contact your insurance carrier directly to confirm coverage before your appointment.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MRI Associates and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Website; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. – No Third-Party Beneficiaries. These Terms do not create any rights in any third party.
